STEM: Engineering a future for girls careers

  • Siambr Hywel

This is an opportunity for Secondary School Teachers and University Lecturers in Wales to tell decision--makers what you, the front line workers, think we can do differently to engage young women into STEM career choices.  As part of the NIACE Cymru fesitval, we are keen to find out what are the ‘dangerous ideas’ to get girls into STEM?

This is a unique chance to come together to discuss, debate and share ideas on the reasons why girls are confident to successfully study STEM subjects, but  tend to opt out at HE level and are less likely to gain employment in these fields of expertise.
