What's it all about?
We meet lots of women who want to make changes to take their careers forward but 'don't have the time'. This 3-day course takes our 'who, what, how' approach to career planning and blends it with the core concepts of mindfulness, creating an approach which enables you to filter out what's stopping you and commit to the future you want.

What makes you unique: confirm what skills and experiences you can offer and the jobs that you'd like to do
How to succeed: find out how to overcome what's stopping you, focus your mind on what you can change and create a plan to achieve the career you want.
